We have been designing websites for estate agents across Spain since 2024. We have created websites for agencies just starting out, as well as for others with thousands of properties that are updated daily in several languages.
Filters by area, property type, price and number of bedrooms, with results in just two taps. If a buyer views a property listing and returns to it, their filters are still there. It may seem like a small detail, but without it they’ll get fed up and go back to the website.
We connect the website to your estate agency CRM so that property listings are updated automatically. If you don’t use a CRM, you can manage your portfolio via WordPress, without relying on us.
Before we start designing, we decide which areas and types of property you specialise in, and what each one offers. Each area page explains the market and links to the relevant properties, so that both Google and potential buyers find more than just a list.
British or Nordic shoppers use different search terms. Each language has its own search queries, URLs and translated product listings and forms, and Google knows which version to show each shopper.
A property website generates hundreds of pages. We decide what happens to each listing and prevent filter combinations from flooding Google with useless pages.

Yes. If you use a CRM, any changes you make there are automatically synced to the website. If not, you can upload, edit or mark items as sold via WordPress.
We have mainly worked with Resales Online and Inmovilla. If you use another platform, we’ll check during the assessment how it exports property listings and let you know whether integration is feasible before providing a quote.
Yes. It’s not enough just to translate: each language has its own search terms, and we handle them separately.
No, not if it’s done properly. Before publishing, we redirect each old listing and page to its new address, and then we check that Google has indexed them.
Yes. We work with estate agents throughout the province of Málaga and the rest of Spain. We can meet in person if you’re nearby, or via video call.
